Return policy

The Pedal Prints store utilizes a print-on-demand service, which means each item is custom-made upon order. Due to this personalized production process, we regretfully cannot offer refunds for purchases.

If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to assist you. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items should be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.

In the case of lost packages, please submit a claim no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, any claims that are deemed our error will be covered at our expense.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at returns@pedalprints.ewheelsnow.com with photos of the wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Exchange an item for a different size/color

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at returns@pedalprints.ewheelsnow.com within fifteen days after receiving your order.

Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Wrong Address and Unclaimed Shipments

If an address provided by you is incomplete or incorrect and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Similarly, unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment to yourself.
